C3Cerako's chemically bonded EkoRok ceramic cement provides superior quality, high-strength, eco-friendly bonding that transcends the traditional definition of concrete.
EkoRok is a water-activated, high performance, 'cold-fired' ceramic concrete admixture that can be poured, sprayed, troweled and slurried. It forms a rock hard, non-cracking matrix within minutes, with working times adjustable from a few minutes to 30 mins., enabling multiple concrete applications including quick return to service, all weather (hot, cold, wet) Portland concrete repair.
EkoRok strongly self-bonds (eliminating "cold joint? problems), bonds exceptionally well to Portland concrete surfaces, achieves 3000 psi in 2 hrs. 5000 psi in 3-hours, 7000 psi in 24-hours and 10/12,000 psi in 28 days, non-corrosively bonds a wide variety of mineral, metal, cellulose aggregates, can be safely used indoors, outdoors (no out-gassing), is mold, moss and salt resistant, sets up underwater, withstands temperatures up to 2500C, doesn't contain any toxins (including fly ash, thereby eliminating environmentally regulated concrete clean up problems), and can be conveniently produced and applied using conventional concrete technologies.
Unlike problematic magnesium oxychloride and sulfate cements, EkoRok's unique chemical bonding does not reverse in the presence of water and/or metals.
